  • Shipping fees: Orders £140 or below (including £140) incur a £16.99 shipping charge. Orders above £140 enjoy free shipping.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery timeframe: 8–12 business days after dispatch

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 18:00 (Monday to Friday, 8:30–18:00, Europe/London, GMT/BST) are processed the same day. Orders after 18:00 or on non-working days are processed the next business day.

6. Order cancellation

  • Orders not yet shipped can be canceled within 48 hours; we will process your cancellation immediately.

  • Orders older than 48 hours or already shipped should wait for delivery and then follow our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds for cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

7. Returns and refunds

  • Return period: Within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Conditions: Product defects, quality issues, odor, significant color differences, wrong item received, or no specific reason within the valid period.

  • Exchange process: Similar to returns; approved exchanges will be shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection.

  • Return labels: All approved returns require using our store-provided return label securely attached to the package. Returns without the label may be rejected.

  • Refund process: Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cost rules: Shipping for product defects or wrong items is covered by us; no-reason returns shipping is covered by the customer.
