Order cancellation conditions
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours after the order is placed. In such cases, the cancellation request can be submitted directly and will be processed once approved.
Orders placed for more than 48 hours or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If this situation applies, please wait for the delivery to be completed and then contact us to request a return and refund.
